Transparency Code

The Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities (those with a turnover not exceeding £25,000) was published on the 17 December 2014 and came into force on the 1st April 2015. The code is applicable to Germoe Parish Council. Under the Code the council is required to publish the following information on its website:

End of Year Accounts (the statement of accounts should be accompanied by a bank reconciliation and an explanation of significant variances and any differences between ‘balances carried forward’ and ‘total cash and short term investments’)This information is available to view on the Council Finances page
